Shop Policy

SHIPPING

Our processing time is approximately 1-3 days from the day the order was placed. All orders provide shipping and tracking information. You will receive a confirmation email with your order containing tracking information. We recommend tracking with the "Shop" app. 

Poison of Desire is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. As soon as the package leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of UPS postage and all claims must be filed through them. If a package gets sent back to us, the customer will be contacted to repay associated shipping costs to resend the order. 

Poison of Desire is not responsible for any wrong addresses given when placing an order. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct information at the time of check out. We cannot change the address once the order is made. 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

If you need to make a return, please email us at info@poisonofdesire.com within 7 days of delivery. Poison of Desire offers refunds for items returned with no damage and no signs of wear. Once your item is received, it takes 1-3 business days (our processing time) to process the refund. Customers must pay for any associated shipping costs. 

If you have an issue with an item upon arrival (ex: faulty, incorrect item, etc.) please contact us at info@poisonofdesire.com within 3 days of delivery date. 

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact info@poisonofdesire within 24 hours of your order. Cancellation requests received after an order has shipped will not be accepted.
